Ideal and clean hotel; the rooms are compact. Favourable location close to public transport and super-friendly staff. And so close to centre of London, and the main attractions...

We had a triple room with an electric kettle, a stone fireplace and central heating. We had hot chocolate and butter for breakfast. The location was incredible, within walking distance of an art museum. The hotel was an excellent base for enjoying a good area.
No complaints.

central location, walking distance to attractions, close to Victoria station
Rooms could use structural space improvement!!! Soundproofing needs to be better for sensitive sleepers!!! Shower safety features would enhance guest comfort!!!

The room was small and the bathroom very compact. However they were very clean and the towels were changed every day.Tea/coffee making facilities were available and replenished daily. We found the staff helpful. Breakfast was a selection of four Kellogs cereals ,toast and preserves and a yoghurt. Fruit juices and hot drinks were freely available from the machines. The hotel is in a quiet location just a very short walk from Victoria station and there are plenty of pubs and coffee shops nearby. We found it great for a short inexpensive stay.

hotel is small and cozy. We didn't get cold at any time and beds were very comfortable. We had a family room, for me, my sister and my mother, we were very good. bathroom looked new but above all it was comfortable and sufficient. Just the right breakfast (toast, cereal, yogurt and coffee/tea/water/juice), nothing fancy but for us more than enough. perfect area to move around London by underground, taxi and even walking. Next to Victoria Station.
The hotel doesn't have an elevator. It's not that I didn't like it (besides, I don't think it fits!) I just put it as a detail. In our case we didn't go with small children or anything but a family room upstairs (three floors up) because it could be difficult for families with suitcases, children, carts..

Good friendly staff, good location, approx 10 min walk from Victoria, clean, tea making facilities, basic breakfast, quiet and I would stay there again.
A little 60 s decor, but more than acceptable.

We have order hotel to be near to city center. That was excellent as we stayed 5mins walk from Victoria. But when we came first time to our room we shocked. Tiny room, cold and noisy. Bathroom was just disaster. Very small. Getting there was like a approaching spacecfrat. For breakfast you could get only yogurt. I enjoyed with my wife London but hotel was nightmare ...

We enjoyed our stay in a cozy single room with comfortable bedding and a surprisingly good cappuccino for breakfast. The place had a lovely little terrace and simple breakfast options like toast and cereal to start our day. Just a heads up, the shower floor was a bit slippery, so be careful! 😊

Its location, very close to Victoria station. The double bedroom was simple but comfortable.
The windows are single glazing. Fortunately on the back side and last floor, thus not noisy. Bathroom is small with very small shower.
